1.Wash and Disinfect your roller
Wash the roller of stamp by swishing it vigorously in a bowl of mild soapy water (lukewarm). Afterward, rinse and disinfect your derma roller by letting it soak in 70 percent isopropyl alcohol for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
2.Wash your face
Thoroughly cleanse your face using a gentle pH-balanced cleanser. If you’re using a Hydra Roller or a Hydra Stamp with needles longer than 0.5 mm, you’ll also need to wipe down your face with 70 percent isopropyl alcohol before the rolling process.
3.Apply numbing cream, if needed
Depending on your pain tolerance, especially if you are using anything above 1mm (anything above 1mm draws blood), you might need to apply a numbing (anesthetic) cream.
4.Begin micro needling
Split your face into sections; like in the image below. (you don’t have to physically mark your face; you can draw a mental demarcation.
Avoid rolling in the shaded area, which represents the orbital (eye sockets) area.
HYDRA ROLLER: Work by sections. Roll in one direction 6 to 8 times, depending on your skin tolerance and sensitivity. Lift the roller after each pass to prevent track marks. After rolling in one direction (example, horizontally), you begin again and roll over the places you have previously rolled, going in the opposite direction (example, vertically). It would mean that each section has been rolled over 12-16 times.
HYDRA STAMP: Tap the face of the hydra stamp with adequate pressure and lift, covering the face section by section, 12 to 16 times, depending on your sensitivity level.

6.Clean your Hydra Roller or HydraStamp
